QCM app for iPhone and iPad

This custom proprietary software medical application was developed by Quality Care Metrics (QCM) and is intended for use by trained QCM Service Providers and only on Company owned iPad Pro 11” 64GB WiFi tablet devices. The HIPAA compliant application is intended for assessing patients in healthcare provider clinics and is comprised of patient reported outcome measures, computer adaptive testing and measure scoring dashboard. The app can only be used by pre-assigned designated users who are registered, trained and have a unique password for access. Private patient health information is displayed on the iPad and is only reviewed by the patient, medical assistants and healthcare providers. The medical application with will deployed to Company owned and controlled iPads enrolled in Apple Business Manager and Citrix Mobile Device Manager (MDM). Quality Care Metrics, through its MDM, has complete control of all applications on the iPad and can locate or wipe clean the iPad if lost or stolen.
